The following custom also belongs to our very own TCL Team Member Matt. As many of you know this Mumm-Ra never reached the production stage and was only seen in the 1985 LJN Dealer's Catalog.  He wanted to make a Mumm-Ra that would mirror the way Mumm-Ra was shown on the cartoon.

Matt started with a regular LJN release Mumm-Ra as the base took the cape off of a Magneto action figure from X-Men The Movie.  The cape was then sewn with elastic bands around the neck and wrists to mirror the prototype Mumm-Ra seen on the catalog.
